Materials are to be provided according to the following requirements:

• Screen Size: PAL: 720 x 576 or NTSC: 720 x 480
• Video Bitrate: 250 kbps (2 Mbit/s)
• Audio Bitrate: 224 Kbit/s, 48 kHz at 16 bits sample rate
• Frame Rate: PAL 25Hz/ NTSC: 30 Hz
• MPEG-4 codec: DivX 5.2 or higher
